棒线材无头轧制系统移动焊机的同步跟踪控制 被引量:1

摘要 针对棒线材无头轧制系统移动焊机大惯量非线性的控制特点,为了减小钢坯焊接过程中移动焊机与轧制坯间的机械耦合,移动焊机采用了单神经元自适应PID和前馈PD校正复合控制策略。仿真分析表明:该控制策略不但结构简单、实时性好,而且还可有效地改善移动焊机的动态性能,提高系统抑制外界干扰的能力和焊机对轧制坯的同步跟踪效果。 Considering the control characteristics(great inertia and nonlinear) of movingtype jointing-machine,for the sake of reducing the mechanical coupling force between the billet rolled and the jointing machine in billet jointing,a single neuron adaptive PID controller and a feed-forward PD corrector are used in the moving control of the jointing machine.The simulation results on the velocity loop dictates that this control strategy is not only simple in structure,excellent in real time,but also can improve the dynamic performances of the jointing machine,increase the effect for running after the billet rolled in velocity and the ability for restraining interfere.
