摘要
为了得到光学译码器编码条的光接收效果,使用蒙特卡罗方法对一特定尺寸的发光二极管封装结构及编码条进行了模拟研究。结果表明:编码条所接收到的光源发射的光子数目大约占发射光子数的16.3%。光接收效果与光源和编码条位置的选择以及封装结构的构造有很大的关系,因此要提高编码条的光接收效果,有必要合理构造发光二级管光学封装结构并调整编码条的位置。
In order to know how much light the code strip can received from an optical encoder,a numerical study for an optical package structure with a code strip of specific size is carried out by Monte Carlo method.The results show that the amount of the light that the code strip received is about 16.3% of the total light that the LED of the encoder emits.The location of the code strip to the encoder and the optical structure of LED package can significantly affect the amount of light received by the code strip.The optimization of the relative location and the LED package will improve the encoder performance.
