摘要
基于比色测温原理设计了一种红外测温系统,测温前先使用标准黑体对测温系统进行标定,得到标定曲线R(T)—T。在测量目标的温度时,在目标附近放置一个超大面元黑体,通过这种方法来消除环境反射辐射和大辐射等辐射量的影响来提高红外测温系统的精度。
A new kind of infrared temperature measurement system is designed,which is based on the color comparison temperature measurement theory.Before temperature measurement the system should be calibrated with the help of standard black body, then the curve R(T)—T will be gained.When the system will measure the temperature of the target,a huge area black body should be placed near by the target.The reflected radiation of environment and atmosphere environment radiation will be eliminated by means of this method so that the precision of infrared temperature measurement system can be raised.
