基于计算机视觉的玻璃制品在线分类识别

Online classification and identification of glass based on computer vision

鉴于以往基于面积的目标(玻壳)分类识别方法应用有限,并且误判率比较高的问题,本文提出了基于模板匹配的分类识别方法。通过对电视机显示器的“玻屏”和“玻锥”的在线分类识别问题研究,解决了图像的采集、预处理、锐化、边缘检测等问题,并应用模板匹配方法实现了相关的分类识别。

Given the application finity of the method for classifying and identifying based on the size of object(glass-shells) in the past and the relatively high rate of misjudgment,this paper puts forward a method for classifying and identifying based on template match.Through the study of glass screen,this paper solves the problems of image collection,image processing,marginal detection etc.and realizes the classification and identification in the method of template match.
