基于WorldFIP现场总线的智能设备功能块应用的研究开发 被引量:1

摘要 分析了WorldFIP总线现场设备中功能块的特点,提出了一种功能块应用在现场总线智能设备内设计实现的思想和方案;提出了一种基于组态数据段与智能设备内存分配之间的映射和虚拟寄存器的智能设备多组态段的工作模式的实现方法;给出了一种智能设备内部指令区中指令码的结构实现。实验运行结果表明本文所提出的基于WorldFIP现场总线智能设备的功能块应用实现方案科学合理,运行效率高。 The features of function block in WorldFIP intelligent field devices are analyzed.The way and scheme for design and implementation of function block application in fieldbus intelligent device are proposed,which are based on function block parameters-type description,division and the storing structure for configured data in intelligent devices.A implementation method for the operation mode of multi-sections configuration based on map between configured data section and memory allocation in intelligent devices and virtual registers is proposed.The structure and implementation for the instruction code in instruction section are also provided.The experiment results show the design and implementation scheme for function block application in WorldFIP filedbus intelligent devices are scientific and reasonable and with high efficiency.
