摘要
将虚拟样机技术应用于高速电主轴热态特性研究。对实现虚拟电主轴及其热态特性分析所需的关键技术进行阐述,详细讨论电主轴系三维建模,热态特性获取,热应力、热变形分析以及补偿控制方法,为电主轴设计奠定基础。设计过程数字化,实现了人机结合的计算机辅助设计分析,提高了电主轴的设计效率和质量。
Virtual prototyping technology is applied to the research on thermal characterization of high speed motorized spindle.The technique to realize virtual spindle is discussed.Using 3D modeling,thermal characteristic,thermal deformation and compensation controlling,motorized spindle numerical design is implemented.All the design realizes the numerical design,the efficiency and quality of motorized spindle design have greatly been enhanced at the same time.
