摘要
以电磁感应定律为基础,提出采用多对电极来研究多相流电磁流量计感应电压特性方法,建立了电磁流量计的三维模型,获得了横截面上感应电位的分布规律,分析了电极上的感应电位沿流体管道圆周的分布规律、电极两端的弦端电压与电极对坐标位置的关系、电极电压与电极对所处位置弦长的关系和电极电压与弦长的比值和电极对所处位置的关系。证明多电极测量弦端电压可以用于多相流连续相的速度特性测量与分析。
On the basis of electromagnetic induction law,the method of adopting multi-electrodes to investigate the speciality of induced voltage of electromagnetic flow meter was put forward in this paper.The 3-D model is designed and the distribute law of induced potential was obtained.The distribution of induced potential along the circumference of the fluid pipe,the relationship between the voltage of the electrodes along the cord and coordinate position,the relationship of voltage of electrodes and the cord length between electrodes of this position,the relationship between the ratio of the voltage of electrodes to cord length and the electrodes position were analysed.It proved that the measurement of voltage between multi-electrode cord sides is valid for measuring and anlysing the velocity characteristic of the continuous phase of multiphase flow.
