摘要 MEMS微针是目前的一个研究热点,是实现无痛给药、抽血和生化检验集成化的关键。本文探讨了MEMS微针的研究进展,给出了MEMS微针的研究结果,讨论了MEMS微针在实际中应用还应解决的关键问题。 MEMS microneedle is a actual hot point of research.It is the key to realize the painless drug delivery,painless blood tests and integration of medical examinations and monitoring.The research advance of MEMS microneedle is discussed in this paper,and some research results of MEMS microneedle are shown.The key problems,which should be solved before MEMS microneedle can be used in practice,are also discussed in this paper.
