USB总线在基于ARM导弹绝缘电阻测试仪中的应用

Application of USB in the missile insulation automatic test instrument based on ARM

为实现导弹绝缘电阻的自动化快速测试,研制了一套便携式测试仪。采用Atmel公司的AT91RM9200作为系统主控芯片,通过USB总线实现测试数据的实时采集和处理。分析并设计了硬件系统,固件程序,驱动程序及应用程序。实际应用表明,系统采用USB总线能够方便可靠地完成测试数据的实时通信,具有较好的应用价值。

A set of portable missile insulation test instrument was developed to meet the automated quick test requirement.Using AT91RM9200 as its control processor,the instrument adopted USB bus to implement its real-time data acquisition and process.The hardware system,the embedded software,the driver as well as the system application software were analyzed.The practical application of this instrument indicates that it can reliably realize the real-time communication.
