摘要
应用复合滤波技术和X射线Kα双峰分离技术开发了低成本X射线回摆曲线测定仪,用于测量单晶材料的物理特性。在此基础上,应用模型匹配技术自动识别晶体的缺陷,使该仪器具备了很高的智能性。实际应用表明,仪器检测准确,性能优良。
The compound filtering and K_(α) double-peak separating technologies are employed in the low-cost X-ray rocking curve detecting instrument,which can be used in measuring the physical properties for the single crystals.Meanwhile,the model matching technique is adopted to identify the disfigurements of the single crystal automatically,and then equips the instrument with high intelligence.The application shows the instrument detecting accurately and possessing excellent performance.
