摘要
利用可编程逻辑器件技术和DDS合成技术,重点设计和改进了弹体药室容积检测装置的音频激励和信号处理两个部分。该系统与改进前的系统相比具有精度高、灵活性强、而成本又没有显著增加等优点,从在线检测方面来讲也更加适用于在线大批量生产的检测工作,能简便快捷地实现弹体药室容积的精确检测。
With technology of CPLD and DDS,we designed and developed two important parts of the tester,the sonic driver and signal process.Compared with the formerly device,the new tester has trait of high accuracy,high mobility,and has no much increase in cost etc.More fit for detect online,it can precise testing easily.
