摘要
用热刺激电流法研究纳米钛酸钡材料、有机高分子QAR材料以及二者组成的复合材料湿敏元件的特性。热刺激电流谱说明,3种材料中的偶极子松弛时间或激活能是呈连续分布形式,而不只局限在一种或几种松弛时间或激活能。
The properties of humidity sensing materials barium titanate, polymer QAR and the composite material of both the formers, were studied by using thermally stimulated depolarization current (TSC) method. The TSC patterns indicate that the relax time of the dipole and the active energy are continuous distribution rather than one or discrete distribution.
