摘要 本文给出基于“内含传感器”逆的动态软测量方法,以解决红霉素发酵过程的关键生化量难以用物理传感器直接测量的问题。首先假定在发酵过程内部,存在一个以不直接可测量为输入、直接可测量为输出的“内含传感器”子系统,并建立其数学模型;然后构造出相应的“内含传感器”的逆系统。由于逆系统的输出就是原来的不直接可测量,这样,把该逆系统串连在原系统之后,就可作为动态软测量模型,实现对不直接可测量的软测量。实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。 Based on the concept of ' assumed inherent sensor', a dynamic soft-sensing method is presented to estimate the crucial biochemical variables, which are directly immeasurable by physical sensors, in erythromycin fermentation. To achieve this, first suppose that in the interior of the fermentation system, there exists an ' assumed inherent sensor' with the directly immeasurable variables as its inputs and the directly measurable as its outputs. Based on this supposition, the mathematic model of the 'assumed inherent sensor' is established and accordingly that of its inversion is constructed. Cascaded with the 'assumed inherent sensor' , such an inversion can be regarded as the desired dynamic soft-sensing model, for its outputs are just the directly immeasurable variables. The experiment results show its validity.
