摘要
本文研究了Cymbal换能器的工作机理,用有限元分析方法建立了该换能器的有限元分析模型,制作了几种规格的Cymbal换能器。压电陶瓷PZT-5A作为Cymbal换能器的压电相,铜箔作为端帽电极。分析了压力与Cymbal换能器位移、等效压电常数d33e与端帽电极以及压电陶瓷片形状参数之间的关系,确立了钹式换能器的等效压电常数d33e达到最大值的结构参数,并且对有限元软件的计算值和试验值进行了比较。
The working mechanism on Cymbal piezoelectric composite transducer wasstudied. The finite element analysis(FEA) model on this transducer was established using ANSYS. Several types of this transducer were made. Piezoelectric ceramic PZT-5A was used as piezoelectric phase and brass foil was used as end cap electrodes of Cymbal transducer. The paper analyzed the relationship betweenthe longitudinal displacement of this transducerand the force applied on the brass foil, and the relationship betweenthe transducer's effective piezoelectric coefficient d33e and the dimensions of end caps. The maximum effective piezoelectric coefficient, d33e,was obtained. The calculated results was compared with the the experimental results.
