摘要
在ADC结果代码中复合噪声源逼近白噪声,过采样和求均值将改善信噪比(SNR)和提高信号测量的有效位数。本文介绍了过采样技术,提出了在核子秤的数据采集中,利用过采样和求均值的方法。结果将原来嵌入式12位A/D的精度提高到14位,使系统的性能得到了提高。
When the complex noise source approaches white noise in result of ADC code, over-sampling and mean value calculating will improve signal to noise rate (SNR) and increase efficiency bits of signal measurement. In this paper over-sampling method and how to use it for data gathering in the nuclear scale are introduced. Result shows that the precision of embed 12 bits A/D is up to 14 bits'. It improves the performance of system.
