摘要
针对钻井工程井下泥浆漏失测量的需求,提出通过测量井下泥浆流速、温度和压力等参数来确定漏失层位置的方法。根据钻井工程的现场实际,研制出基于无电缆式的钻井工程井下测漏仪。编制了处理系统软件,将井下测量参数处理后,获得可视化处理结果(图形或表格形式),从而确定出井下泥浆漏失位置。
According to the demand for measuring the mud leak of well boring, a new method for determining the position of leak layer was proposed. The method was based on surveying the flow velocity of the mud fluid, temperature and pressure that they are under the well. The corresponding hardware and the software were developed, the parameters measured can be displayed in the form of graphs or tables after processing, which can show the precise position of the leak layer.
