摘要
研究了充水管道中扭转模态的传播特性。通过理论分析可知最低阶扭转模态T(0,1)适合用于充水管道中的缺陷检测。在实验中利用研制的传感器在充水管道中激励出T(0,1)模态,并利用频率50kHz的该模态对4m长充水管道中两种不同类型的缺陷进行了检测。结果表明,利用T(0,1)模态的超声导波可以用于充水管道的缺陷检测。
Propagation characteristics of torsional modes in water-filled pipes are investigated. By theoretical analysis, T (0, 1), the lowest torsional mode, is suitable for defect detection in water-filled pipes. In the experiments, T(0,1) mode is excited to detect defects in water-filled pipe using developed transducers. Two kinds of defects in a 4-m-long water-filled pipe are detected using T(0,1) mode at 50kHz. Experimental results show that it is feasible for detecting defects in water-filled pipes using T(0,1) mode of ultrasonic guided waves.
