往复式机械振动信号的局域波分析与故障诊断研究

本文利用局域波时频分析方法对往复式机械振动信号特征信息进行分析,提出了局域波方法能够实现确定往复式机械振动特征参数与故障程度的量化关系,由于局域波分析具有自适应与高分辨率的特点,有助于往复式机械的故障诊断研究。

Local wave analysis method is introduced to analyze reciprocating mechanical shock. According to this theory of transform, this method not only can monitor character parameter but also can diagnose fault for reciprocating mechanical. Local wave analysis method has better adaptivity and better definition. Therefore, it provides a new analysis method for reciprocating mechanicalvibration signal analysis and fault diagnosis.
