摘要
为了确保安全生产,实时监控原油集输过程中的变量,基于主元分析方法研究原油储罐各参数的变化规律,建立了主元回归模型,分析影响原油储罐正常运行的主要因素,对生产过程工艺参数的不正常状态实现有效的识别。通过现场数据验证表明:本文基于主元模型和采用统计量检测故障的方法,对过程参数发生异常的现象具有较精确的分辨能力,可获得比较满意的结果。
In order to insure the safe production and to in real-time monitor the variables in the crude oil production and transportation, the rule of each parameter changing of the oil tank based on principle component analysis was in this paper studied, and a model of Principle Component Recur (PCR) has been built. The main factors of influencing on safety operation in oil tanks were analyzed with the aid of the PCR model, and the abnormal status of the process parameters can be effectively identified. The experimental results of acquired field data show that the fault detection approach based on the model of principle component and the statistic has more accurate resolution in locating the abnormal phenomenon of production process parameters, and can obtain a satisfied result.
