摘要
依据多回路理论,本文建立了笼型感应电机正常及断条故障时的有限元模型。应用场路耦合有限元方法对电机转子断条故障前后的定子起动电流波形及气隙磁密基波、三次谐波进行仿真分析,并且仿真结果与利用探测线圈技术和示波器测得的数据进行了比较。另外,应用谐波分析程序得到电流及电压三次谐波随故障演化而变化的规律,从而提取故障特性量。理论研究与实验结果的比较证实了这些方法是切实可行的。
Based on the multi-loop model and parameters, the time-stepping coupled finite element models of a squirrel-cage induction motor with healthy bars and broken bars are presented respectively in this paper. The stator starting current waveforms and the fundamental and third harmonic component of air gap flux density are simulated by field-circuit coupled finite element method, and the simulation results are compared with measured data obtained from the search coil induced voltage detection technique and oscillograph. Meanwhile, the variations of third harmonic component of current and voltage with faulty tendency are also studied by harmonic analysis and the faulty signatures are extracted. The validity and accuracy of the techniques described in this paper for the detection of broken bars are verified by comparing the simulation results with those obtained from test.
