摘要
本文从设备维修需求与技术出发,给出了目前装备维修的主要方式及其优缺点,分析了当前基于状态的维修(CBM)研究与应用现状,提出了基于状态的维修分析决策系统框架,给出了CBM适用的条件和分析流程,探讨了预先维修、CBM与以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)的融合。结合某设备中一齿轮箱的状态检测信息,给出了基于声音的设备状态监测案例。
The paper presents some current primary equipments maintenance types and their disadvantages, analyzes the research and application actuality for condition based on maintenance(CBM) according to equipments maintenance requirement and technology, puts forward the CBM analysis and decision system framework, brings forward applicable condition and analyzing flow about CBM, discusses that reliability centred maintenance(RCM) combines with proactive maintenance and CBM, and brings forward an equipment condition monitoring case based on sound.
