摘要
本文讨论光纤轴角传感器的接收面高度参数h和测光系统结构对测量的准确度、灵敏度和误差的影响。
The effect of accuracy,sensitivity and error of measurement is disscussed in this paper, which is caused by the heiglt of receining surface parameter h of fiber shaft angle sensor.
