摘要
文章分析了利用激光散透比测试牛奶成份的原理,设计了利用半导体激光器检测的检测电路,分析了影响检测的因素,采用多元线性回归法拟合出了散透比与牛乳脂肪蛋白质的标准关系曲面,并通过实验验证了此方法的可行性。
In this paper, scattered light -to- transmitted light ratio is used to measure the milk constituents. The detection circuit is designed, in which the semi-conductor laser is applied. The factors of affection have been analized. A standard relation curve between the fat and protein of milk and the ratio is built by multiple linear regression method. We prove the accessibility of the method by experiments.
