摘要
光学遥感器辐射定标的任务是在遥感器的输入辐亮度和探测器数字化输出之间建立定量关系。地面上进行的定标是检验各项指标是否达到设计要求的手段,也为以后考察任务全过程内各项参量提供稳定性的初始数据。为了尽可能地获得最佳的最终图像,在地面必须进行精确的辐射标定。在中科院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所应用光学国家重点实验室内用积分球做了辐射标定,标定了TID CCD响应的线性度、TDI CCD响应分别与增益和级数的关系以及暗电平的不均匀性、CCD响应的不均匀性,最后给出了非均匀性校正结果。
The task of the radiometric calibration of the optics remote sensor is to ascertain the relationship between the radiometric light and the output of the digital detector. The demarcation in the lab is the necessary process which make sure if the different parameters meet the design and this work can also provide necessary original data for checking up the whole process. In order to get the nice pictures it is necessary to do this demarcation. The radiometric demarcation of the TDI CCD system was done in the State Key Laboratory of Applied Optics of Changchun Institute of Optics Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The linearity of the TDI CCD response and the relationships among the response and the gain and stage and dark non-uniformity are examined.
