摘要
为了解决电子产品检验中的高精度电阻在线测量,提出了基于差分隔离法的电阻在线测量新方法,给出了新颖的程控激励源和程控差分放大器电路。该方法从根本上消除了以往隔离技术激励信号源内阻不为零和旁路电阻对测量精度的影响,测量精度和系统量程均提高了约一个数量级。
In order to improve the on-line measurement precision of resistance in examination of electronic products, 'differential isolation'measurement was presented. In this measurement, the circuits of programmable exciting source and differential amplifier were introduced. Using this method, the influences of internal resistance of exciting source and bypass resistance were eliminated. And both the accuracy and range of measurement of the system is increased up to 1 order of magnitude.
