摘要
在分析各种现代信号处理方法的基础上,讨论了动态测量误差分解的方法和一般步骤。以长光栅测量机为研究对象,使用此方法对其动态测量误差信号进行了成功地分解,说明了各种不同信号处理方法的适用性以及误差分解的一般步骤的可行性。其优点是,在系统模型未知的情况下,可以实现对误差信号的分解。
The method and process of dynamic error decomposition is introduced in this paper, which is based on the analysis of signal processing methods. The dynamic error signal of grating-measurer is decomposed successfully by this method. The result shows the applicability of different signal processing methods and the feasibility of error decomposition process. The advantage of this method is that it can decomposes error signal successfully when systematic model is unknown.
