摘要
介绍了在LabVIEW开发平台下开发超声检测虚拟仪器系统的过程,并给出基于VC++6.0环境编写数据采集卡动态链接库(DLL)驱动程序,通过LabVIEW的CLF模块调用这个DLL来实现数据采集。该系统不仅能实时显示采集的超声波信号,而且能够对焊缝的缺陷进行定位、定量和定性分析,实现了超声检测的数字化、图像化、智能化、自动化。
The paper introduces the process of developing the system of ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument based on platform of LabVIEW, and shows the DLL driver of data acquisition based on VC++ 6. 0, The driver can realize data acquisition of calling the DLL throng DLF of LabVIEW. The system dose not only real-time display waveform but also locating, quantitative and qualitative analysis of defects, and realizes the digitization, picturization, intelligence and automatization of the testing.
