摘要
用日本岛津公司RFPC荧光光谱仪,对柴油、原油的荧光光谱进行了测量,将激发波长、荧光波长和荧光强度用三维坐标表示,经采样和曲面拟合处理得到三维荧光谱图并提取其特征参数。结果表明,特征参数对于三维荧光谱具有确定性,可用来分辨组分和结构相近油种的三维荧光谱特征上的微小差别,应用于油种鉴别是适用的、有效的。
Fluorescence spectra of diesel oil and crude oil are measured through RFPC fluorescence spectrometer (Shimadzu, Japan). Using excitation wavelength, fluorescence wavelength and fluorescence intensity as threedimensional system of coordinate, through sampling and surface fitting, three-dimensional fluorescence gram and its characteristic parameter are gotten. The result shows that for three-dimensional fluorescence spectra,characteristic parameter is certain,it can be used in distinguishing the tiny difference of the characteristics of three-dimensional fluorescence spectra, which describes oils whose constituent and structure are similar, and it is applicable and available,when used in oil discrimination.
