介绍了1／2英寸300万像素CMOS数字图像传感器MT9T001。用FPGA完成了图像传感器的参数配置,给出了测试结果。提出了一种硬件上简明可行的Bayer数据到RGB数据的格式转换设计方案,用FPGA实现,最后应用到某多路图像采集系统中。

This paper describes 1/2 inch 3-megapixel CMOS digital image sensor MT9T001. The sensor parameter configuration is completed with the test result by FPGA. A new Bayer to RGB data transform design method is given, which is easy to complete with hardware by FPGA and used in amultiple channel data sampling system finally.
