Solution to monitoring digital television signal

本文针对数字电视信号监控,提出了一个可行的水印解决方案,并探讨了基于MPEG-2的视频水印方案,将水印信息嵌入到Ⅰ帧的色度的DCT的直流系数中,不需要完全解码和再编码过程,减少了运算的复杂度,提高了实时性,能较好的适应数字电视信号监控的技术要求。

This paper proposed a viable solution to monitoring digital television signal, and proposed a method based on MPEG—2. Watermark information is embedded into DC coefficient of chroma of I frame, it doesn't need entire decoding and encoding, it can reduce complexity of operation, enhance real-time embedding and detection, and adapt to the technique request of signal supervising.
