摘要
本文介绍了基于FPGA和Flash的数据存储和回放系统,提出的系统采用大容量的NAND型Flash存储数据,数据存储容量为1Gbyte,转换速率100Msps。系统由PC104通过ISA总线进行控制,数据通过ISA总线和FPGA写入Flash,再由FPGA将数据循环读出送入DA,变成模拟信号后输出。此系统可对任意数采后的波形进行还原,具有数据存储容量大、体积小、功耗低和成本低等特点,经过验证系统满足实际的要求。
The paper proposes a design principle and realization method of the arbitrary waveform generator module based on FPGA technology and NAND Flash. The system carries on the control by PC104 through the ISA bus, the data reads in Flash through the ISA bus and FPGA, then sends in DA and reads out the data circulation by FPGA , and turns into the simulated signal to output . The characteristics of this new system are simple framework, smallness, low consuming and large capacity memory , and the actual scenario recorded data can be played back using this system . The experiment shows that the developed arbitrary waveform generator module can reach the design target .
