摘要
本文简要回顾了恒电量腐蚀测量仪器的发展进程。为了满足仪器现场测量的要求,硬件上设计了采用通用串行总线型的数据采集卡来控制恒电量,测量并改进了直流供电模块。软件上设计实现了腐蚀测量自动化,增强了信号降噪功能。实验结果表明,基于USB的Coul-1腐蚀测量系统具有良好的测试精度和可靠性。
The history of coulostatic measurement instrument was briefly reviewed. To meet the requirements of field-testing, a kind of data logger based universal serial bus (USB) was employed, and improved the DC power unit. Additionally, automatic optimization of testing parameters and signal de-noising were enhanced in the CoulView program. The validation processes both for equivalent circuits and corrosion cell were used to confirm that the Coul-1 system possess of good accuracy for corrosion rate determinations.
