摘要
目前转炉炼钢中常用插入式热电偶测定钢水温度,再结合人工经验判断来控制炼钢终点。这种方法成本高且效率低。为了在线动态地实现转炉炼钢的终点控制,设计新的非接触式测温系统。该系统基于连续采集到的转炉炉口火焰图像,利用已建立的彩色CCD三色测温模型演算出火焰温度,得到吹炼过程中的温度变化曲线。实验表明,该方法为转炉炼钢的终点控制提供了相对便捷的判定方法。
At present, thermocouple is commonly used to survey the temperature of the molten steel. But the cost is high and the accuracy is low. In order to realize dynamic end-point control of blowing process for BOF on line, a new non-contact temperate survey system is designed. The system, based on the captured complete fire hole flame images, works out the temperature of the flame by the CCD tricolor temperature survey model. The curve of the temperature on different time is obtained. The results of experiment show that it is a relatively convenient method to control the end-point.
