超硬陶瓷涂层精密磨削振动的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 磨削振动会影响工件表面质量,降低砂轮的耐用度,缩短磨床的使用寿命,危害操作者健康。因此,有关磨削振动的产生机理、影响因素和抑制方法等一直是机械加工行业的热门研究课题。WC-Co涂层具有耐高温、硬度高、耐磨性好以及抗腐蚀等优点,逐渐在工业领域得到广泛的应用。与此同时,卓越的材料性能使得WC-Co涂层成为一种难加工材料。鉴于目前还未见到从磨削振动角度对WC-Co涂层精密磨削过程进行研究的现状,进行磨削试验研究、对磨削振动信号进行采集,并从时域和频域上进行分析。试验结果表明,在所选取工艺参数条件下没有产生磨削颤振,保证了加工的稳定性。 Grinding vibration can affects surface quality of work piece, decreases life of wheel and grinding machine, and hurts workers'health. So occurring mechanism, effect factors and suppression methods of grinding vibration are always hot-point research. WC-Co coating material is used widely now, due to its performance of high rigidity and high abradability. Meanwhile, WC-Co coating is hard to machining. At present, there is still not report about research on precision grinding of WC-Co coating from the angle of grinding vibration. Therefore, related grinding experiment will be performed, and the signals of grinding vibration will be collected and processed from time-domain and frequency-domain in this paper. Results of experiment show no grinding vibration occurred under the condition of selected parameters, and ensure the grinding surface quality.
