According to the idea of software radio, a wideband IF digital receiver and transmitter platform based on USB was built. This platform can be widely applied in various kinds of signals' modulation and demodulation. The system frame design is introduced in detail. It includes the hardware realization and the operational principle of transmitting module and receiving module. The flow charts of each software functional module are also presented.
