基于MSP430单片机的低压综合智能保护器的研制

Research on intelligent multifunction switching protecting equipment based on single chip microcomputer of MSP430

介绍一种基于MSP430单片机的新型的低压智能综合保护装置。该装置以单片机MSP430F149为核心控制芯片,能够实时测量电网三相电压、三相电流、有功功率、电网频率、剩余电流以及变压器温度等信息。装置还具有防止触电事故、变压器过流过热保护、负荷控制和GSM通讯的功能。能够同时保证用电安全与供电的可靠性。

This paper mainly deals with the research of a kind of intelligent multifunction switching protecting equipment based on MSP430. The micro-controller MSP430F149 is employed as the main controller in the equipment. The equipment discussed in the paper shows good performances in detecting the changes of three-phase voltages, three-phase currents, system frequency, residual current, temperature of the distribution transformer and other electrical parameters of the electrical system. This equipment also has functions of preventing the electric shock accident, protecting distribution transformer from overcurrent or overheat damage, load control and longrange control by the GSM network. And what makes it outstanding is that it can keep the current supply reliable besides trip switch properly.
