摘要
在实验室模拟电弧炉炼钢现场,利用交流伺服电机、非线性电弧电路以及整流滤波电路实现电弧炉及其控制系统的工作特性,代替以往以集成运放和阻容元件对工业现场的模拟,更完整地反映了实际系统的工作方式及特点,为进一步的控制算法等理论研究提供了具体和真实的载体。
The steel-making scene of electric arc furnace is simulated in laboratory in this paper. By using AC servomotor, nonlinear arc circuit and rectifying-filtering circuit, the work characteristic of electric arc furnace and the control system are implemented. Instead of integrated operational amplifier and resistive/capacitive components, the working manner and peculiarity of actual system are reflected integrally, the material and real carrier is provided for farther theoretical study on control arithmetic .
