摘要 油田洗井自控装置是利用单片机、流量计和电动调节阀组成的自控系统,在热洗井过程中根据油井热洗理论和油井结垢、结蜡的实际情况,控制每一工序洗井液的流量和时间,同时根据来水温度T1和回水温度T2,决定洗井工作的起停。实现了油田热洗井过程的自动控制。 The washing well equipment which is made of MCU, flowmeter and electrical control valve is an autocontrol system. According to the theory of thermal well washing and thereal scaling and wax deposit, the flux and time of washing liquid was controlled in every working procedure of thermal well washing. At the same time, The begin and finish of well washing are respectively determined to water-in temperature T1 and water-out temperature T2. The servomechanism of flow of well washing in oil field was actualized.
