摘要
本文论述的是一种基于单片机的多参数控制仪。该控制仪由单片机、控制器和多路并联分时控制电路组成,能够满足工业自动化生产线中分时多任务的控制要求。以该控制仪在动加载试验装置控制系统的应用为例,说明该系统四路并联分时控制电路的控制原理及设计方法,并给出时间控制电路图以及设计的选取。为多参数控制仪的设计和应用提供了参考。
A kind of Multiparameter control instrument based on Single Chip Microcomputer, which contains Single Chip Microcomputer, Controller and multiplexer parallel time-sharing control circuit, is introduced. The kind of control instrument can satisfy the control command of time-sharing multitask in product line of industrial automatization. Through an example, namely, control system of dynamic loading experiment which the instrument is applied to, the principle and design of four-circuits parallel time-sharing control circuit is described, the detail drawing of time-control circuit and selection of time-delay relay are presented. It provides references for the design and application of multifunctional control instrument.
