摘要
针对汽轮发电机定子线圈胶化过程中温度控制的工艺要求,设计了基于Fuzzy—PID的温度智能控制系统。该系统通过调节1个中心主加热器和10个均匀分布在线圈四周的辅助加热器的功率来控制胶化温度。系统控制器将模糊控制与专家PID控制算法相结合,充分运用专家的人工调节经验和PID控制的定量调节特性,实现定子线圈胶化过程中控温的稳定性与快速性要求。实践证明,该智能控制系统可提高稳定精度,在很大程度上降低动态偏差,有较强的鲁棒性,控制效果良好。
The intelligent temperature control system is designed for the steam turbine generator stator coil ageing process, which combines Fuzzy logic algorithm with Expert PID control rulers. A main heater is in the center of the stator and ten assistant heaters are set around the coil. Eleven sensors near these heaters synchronously measure ageing temperature. According to expert's experiences and error variability between output temperature and set point, the controller can update PID value to keep ageing temperature constant. So the system can maintain ageing temperature steady, heighten static accuracy, reduce dynamic errors greatly and be robust. Practices verify that this system can be satisfied with desired requirement and reach nice control level.
