摘要
连铸结晶器非正弦振动是保证铸坯质量前提下提高拉速的有效手段,本研究采用分段函数法构造出具有最佳振动模式特点的结晶器非正弦振动波形,给出了其解析表达式,并在此基础上确定了振动工艺参数,最后分析了波形的动力学特性.研究表明,该波形适于实际应用,其参数确定方法为指导连铸生产提供了依据.
Non-sinusoidal oscillation of continuous casting mold is an effective approach for high-speed casting with high-quality.A non-sinusoidal oscillation profile with virtues of optimum mode employing segmented functions was presented in this paper,and the correspondent analytical expression formulae were also provided.And the principle of oscillation parameters determination was discussed.Finally,the dynamic characteristic of this curve was analysed.It was concluded that this profile fit practical application,and the determination method of its parameters could be the guidance for continuous casting process.
