板坯连铸结晶器内钢液流动特征的模拟 被引量:1

摘要 研究了板坯连铸工艺参数对结晶器三维流场的影响.考察的工艺参数包括浸入深度、水口倾角和水口结构形状,考察指标为内部流场以及冲击深度和表面湍动能.利用CFX软件采用数值计算方法进行了实验模拟研究.模拟研究结果表明,水口浸入深度增加,熔池表面附近向上运动的回流区加大;水口倾角增大,上部回流区变大,下部回流中心下移;浸入深度增加,则冲击深度增加;水口倾角增大,冲击深度减小.浸入深度增加,表面湍动能减小;水口倾角增大,表面湍动能增大.本研究与实际工艺研究是相辅相成的,为工艺技术研究提供了一种灵活、方便、高精度的辅助工具. A three-dimensional model for simulating molten-steel flow field in a continuous slab casting mold has been set up in this work.By numeral simulation based on this model,the effects of the submerged entry nozzle(SEN) outflow angle,immersed depth and the configuration of the casting mould on the flow fields are studied through three aspects of the initial entering state of the fluid,impacted depth and surface turbulence kinetic energy.The simulation results show that with the SEN immersion depth increases,the area of reflowing close to the surface of hot metal enlarges,the impacted depth of hot metal increases,and the turbulence kinetic energy of surface decreases;With the nozzle outlet direction rising,the area of reflowing close to the surface of hot metal is enlarged,the impacted depth of hot metal is reduced,and the turbulence kinetic energy of surface is increased.The research shows that simulation should be complement with engineering research,and it can be a flexible,convenient and highly accurate auxiliary tool to the practice.
