电渣熔铸过程渣池电场温度场的ANSYS有限元分析 被引量:9

摘要 采用三维SOLID69热电耦合单元对电渣熔铸渣池进行了ANSYS热电场有限元模拟,建立了电渣熔铸渣池热电场数学模型,定义了以自耗电极、渣池、渣壳为对象的计算区域.选用Langrange插值函数,研究发现渣池存在两个区域:一个是温度很高、电流密度很大且分布很不均匀的小区域,位于自耗电极端部附近,为高热源区,另一是电流密度小且分布几乎均匀的大区域,为低热源区. The thermoelectric field of the slag basin for the process of electro slag casting was simulated by SOLID69 element of ANSYS.Mathematical model of the thermoelectric field of the slag basin and metal basin for electro slag casting process was established.The consumable electrode,slag basin and slag crust were defined.Using Langrange interpolating function,it is found that slag basin has two regions:one is at very high temperature,current density very large and the distribution very uneven,located in the neighborhood of the tip of consumable electrode,which is a high temperature region.And the other one has low current density and the distribution is almost even,which is a large low heat region.
