摘要
目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术对视网膜厚度的影响。方法分别于术前以及术后1 d、1周、4周,采用视网膜厚度分析仪对接受准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的40例患者的视网膜厚度进行测量。结果和术前比较,术后1 d视网膜厚度明显增加,术后约1周恢复至术前水平。结论准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术对术后早期视网膜厚度有明显影响。
Objective To determine the effect of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) on retinal thickness.Methods Retinal thickness values of 40 patients undergoing LASIK were measured by retinal thickness analyzer(RTA) before and on the postoperative day 1,week 1 and week 4.Results The significant increase of retinal thickness was observed on the first day after LASIK,while the values of retinal thickness measured on the postoperative week 1 and 4 were not different from those detected preoperatively.Conclusion LASIK has significant effect on retinal thickness in early stage.
