“学分制”管理模式下的高校“两课”教学改革初探

摘要 实行学分制是高校遵循教育规律和适应社会经济发展对人才培养的必然要求。学分制的管理模式是要从人才培养的整齐划一向培养模式的多样化方向转化,并注重学生个性发展的一种新型培养模式。在认真分析了学分制的本质特征以及实施学分制对“两课”教学的影响后,认为改革高校“两课”教学模式是学分制管理模式对教学的必然要求,进而从理论与实践方面,进行了学分制管理模式下的高校“两课”教学改革的探索。 Credit system is the necessary choice for higher institutions in accordance with the creative teaching reform for social and economic development.It has the pattern of management of transfering the cultivation of people from uniformity to diversity,and paying attention to the development of students' personality.The intrinsic characteristics of credit system is analyzed as well as its effect on the teaching of the 'two subjects',and a conclusion is made that it is certain for higher institutions to reform the teaching patterns.The approaches of the reform under credit system is explored theorically and practically.
