Application of High-speed Steel rolls in Hot-Strip production

为了使高速钢轧辊适应热轧板带生产的特点,轧辊材料、特性、生产应用、检测、磨削等方面做了一系列的工作,这一新材质结合工艺润滑的应用,不但对产品质量有一定的提高,而且对生产成本的降低也取得了十分明显的效果。

In order to adapt to the characteristics of hot strip production,a series of studies are carried out from roll materials,specialty,production application,inspection,grinding and so on.Combined with process lubrication,such new material not only is prior in quality,but also shows great effect in decreasing production cost.
