摘要逆水行舟能够形象地概括社会经济领域中的许多实际事物的发展过程,本文以此为出发点,提炼出描述社会经济发展与环境阻力之间动态博弈的进程分析问题(或称进退问题).进程问题虽有博弈特征,但又不是传统意义上的博弈问题.最终,本文给出了具有一般意义的进程分析框架模型.
