纳米结构超疏水表面的沸腾传热 被引量:2

Pool boiling heat transfer characteristics of a novel nanostructured super hydrophobic surface

摘要 在紫铜基地表面制备了纳米结构碳膜,此种超疏水表面具有较高接触角.池式沸腾传热实验表明,水在这种表面上的传热系比普通表面大约10 000 W/(m2·K);同样传热温差下,传热通量约大2x105W/m2.实验过程中观察发现,气泡的脱离直径一般小于2mm,气泡脱离频率比普通表面快得多.阻垢实验证明,这种表面具有优良的阻垢性能.
