摘要
根据某导弹玻璃钢壳体的结构特点和材料特性,分析了影响工件机加工的主要因素。提出在精细加工中采用聚晶金刚石刀具,选择合理的刀具几何参数;设计专用夹具提高定位精度;通过自然时效释放粗加工应力,提高零件形位公差精度;采用以磨代钻、代铣等工艺措施,提高材料的机加工精度,并解决了玻璃纤维分层和撕裂等问题。
According to the characteristics of structure and material of the glass steel shell in some missile, the major factors affected machining are analyzed. The technologies such as the clustering diamond cutting tool in the fine machine and the reasonable cutting tool angle parameters, designing appropriable clamp that increases the oriented accuracy and reduces the strain of the work piece, the natural aging that releases the stress of the coarse machine and increases the accuracy of the part shape tolerance, the grinding that is instead of drilling and milling are put forward. The measures taken can improve the machining accuracy and resolve the glass fiber layering and tearing validly.
