摘要
基于高性能计算机的科学计算可视化软件应用日益广泛,但其软件结构通常不能充分利用高性能计算环境中的各种资源,造成可视化效率不高。对此提出一种自适应可视化软件结构FVA,该结构通过对可视化流水线中功能模块的优化分配和组织方式的优选,能够更高效地利用高性能计算环境中的资源,提高了可视化效率。
With the prevalence of applying those visualization softwares based on high-performance computing, the architecture of such softwares can not make the best of all the resources in high-performance compute environment. So a sort of flexible visualization architecture FVA was raised. This architecture can use the computing resource more effectively by the optimization of model distribution and organizing method in visualization pipeline, and then the visualization was made more efficient.
